Posted on December 7th, 2006 | by admin |We looked at 6 houses today and put in a bid for one of them. We’ll hear back tomorrow if we got it. If everything goes smoothly we’ll be closing on January 11th. I really hope we get the house. It’ll be the first home I’ve purchased. And the 1400 square feet will really help with Hak5. And with the cast/crew living under one roof that can only be a good thing. I love the neighborhood too, it’s mere minutes from where we are now and close to everything in town. The property value has doubled in the last 2 years too, so as a first home it’s projected to really appreciate quickly. Hopefully we can get it, then upgrade in 2 years to something around 2500 square feet. I want so badly to turn a 2 car garage into a studio. This is going to be one crazy expensive year.
