Saw these recently and had to stop and say WTF. Kitty Wigs, srsly? I’m at a loss for words. Can anyone explain who in their right mind would do this to their kitties?

Last month I was at the MDV and I saw this lady with a Chihuahua dressed up like John lennon (at least that’s what I thought it looked like) demanding to get her driver’s license picture with her dog. Crazy people!
